Diane – Salon Manager/Consultant
Diane has a wealth of invaluable experience thanks to the 40 years she has spent as a successful professional in this industry. She’s knowledgeable on all aspects of hairdressing, and offers every service imaginable including advanced colour treatments, perming, and cuts.
Diane has also been an effective and inspiring salon manager at Twilo Hair since 2000, maintaining the highest standards of service for our clientele and the most inspiring levels of team morale.

Josh – Style Director
Our resident style director has over 10 years of shop floor experience. Josh is a recognised Wella Colour Expert with advanced abilities in cutting-edge colouring techniques. He’s a styling expert and we call him the Bobmeister thanks to his undeniable creative flair when it comes to shorter hair.

Stephanie - Hair Stylist
Stephanie has an obvious love for all aspects of colouring and styling. She has been delivering incredible work since she started on the shop floor 3 years ago and her innovative approach in the salon is already proving very inspiring.

Isabelle - Trainee Apprentice
Isabelle joined Twilo in December 2025 as our trainee apprentice and is currently studying Level 2 Hairdressing at Bournemouth & Poole College. She is enthusiastic, hard-working, and already showing a real passion for the craft.
Isabelle loves every aspect of hairdressing, she’s ambitious about her future within the industry and is enjoying building her skill set whilst working alongside the team. We’re delighted to have her with us and look forward to watching her grow.
